This is a unique and festive wall decoration designed by Bethany Lowe . It was created with material that the German’s would have used in the old days. It’s made of pleated red crepe paper, tinsel, Dresden trim, Dresden stars and a large Santa scrap with Reindeer and children in the center. It measures 9” across. It is colorful and festive.
